Wine Journey Itinerary
Tbilisi - Bodbe - Sighnaghi - Wine Villages - Tbilisi
Depart from Tbilisi at 9:00 AM and drive through beautiful landscapes to Kakheti, Georgia's premier wine region. Our first stop is the Bodbe Monastery, an important pilgrimage site housing the relics of St. Nino, who brought Christianity to Georgia.
Continue to Sighnaghi, the "City of Love," known for its romantic atmosphere and stunning views of Alazani Valley. Walk along the well-preserved city walls and explore charming cobblestone streets with traditional architecture.
After lunch (not included) at a local restaurant, we'll visit two family-owned wineries. Learn about traditional qvevri winemaking and taste different varieties of Georgian wine. Visit the village of Tsinandali to see the historic estate of Prince Alexander Chavchavadze.
Return to Tbilisi around 7:00 PM, enriched with wine knowledge and unforgettable memories.
