Depart from Kutaisi at 8:00 AM and drive through spectacular mountain scenery. Stop at the Enguri Dam, one of the world's highest concrete arch dams. Enjoy panoramic views of this engineering marvel.
Continue through Zugdidi where we'll visit the Dadiani Palace Museum, housing Napoleon's death mask and other historical treasures. Enjoy traditional Megrelian lunch.
Journey along the dramatic mountain road to Mestia, arriving in the evening. Check into a traditional Svan guesthouse. Dinner featuring local Svanetian cuisine.

Mestia Cultural Discovery
After breakfast, explore Mestia's iconic defensive towers and visit the Svaneti Museum of History and Ethnography with its unique collection of medieval icons and manuscripts.

Full-day excursion to Ushguli, a UNESCO site and Europe's highest continuously inhabited settlement (2,200m). Journey through stunning landscapes in 4x4 vehicles.
Visit the Lamaria Church complex with its medieval frescoes. Hike to a viewpoint overlooking Shkhara Glacier (5,193m), Georgia's highest peak. Enjoy a picnic lunch with mountain views.

Continue through the picturesque Enguri Gorge with photo stops. Arrive in Kutaisi around 6:00 PM, concluding your mountain adventure.
